Who we are
Wanaka Fund Management is a licensed Belgian Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) specialised in managing funds investing in real estate, under the supervision of the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA). As a true pioneer in the industry, Wanaka Fund Management, formerly known as Tribeca AIFM, made history in 2018 by becoming the first in Belgium to obtain an AIFM license dedicated to managing real estate funds. This pioneering spirit continues to drive our expertise and innovation in the real estate investment sector.

Day-to-day fund management services: These include all alternative investment fund management services prescribed by the AIFMD, including, among others, portfolio and risk management services as well as fund administration.

Capital raising: Arrange equity and debt raising for funds, including pre-marketing and marketing process.
